  Avoid exposing the stone to grease and oils, as these substances can penetrate the porous surface and cause difficult-to-remove stains.
• Do not use bleach or chlorine, as they can discolor the stone, damaging its characteristic dark tone. Also, avoid vinegar or oil-based chemicals.
