(ALFONSO MARINA), hereby compromises to respect the privacy of the information provided by the users (The Users) in the terms of the present Integral Privacy Notice which is published at the internet address www.alfonsomarina.com the use of the obtained user data will be maintained as confidential in accordance with the terms established under the present Integral Privacy Notice.

The data provided by the user will be solely used by ALFONSO MARINA, who has its address at Oriente 233 #151 Colonia. Agrícola Oriental, Del.Alcaldía Iztacalco, C.P. 08500, Ciudad de México, and its affiliates, associated companies or those that are part of its business conglomerate.

ALFONSO MARINA may divulge the personal data of the user if there is a requirement made by an authority that obliges ALFONSO MARINA to reveal such data; in addition to the aforementioned, ALFONSO MARINA may use the user’s data in case it is necessary to protect its rights and to comply with the applicable rules and regulations.

You or your duly credited legal representative may limit the use or divulgation of your personal data and may enforce, when it so proceeds, the access, ratification, cancelation, or opposition rights (the ARCO rights) that the law provides through a petition presented at the aforementioned domicile. It is important to mention that the exercise of such rights is not a pre requisite and does not impair the exercise of any other rights. We also inform you that you have the right to initiate a procedure of protection of personal data before the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (www.inai.gob.mx) within the following 15 days of the reception of the response of ALFONSO MARINA or after the period of 20 days concludes counted from the date of reception of your petition to exercise your ARCO rights.

Any modification to the present notice will be notified through any of the following ways: a written document delivered at the ALFONSO MARINA corporate offices; a message delivered through the previously mentioned website or by any other electronic means used by ALFONSO MARINA to conduct its operations. If the user considers that its rights related to the protection of its personal data has been misused, he/she has the right to attend before the competent authority to defend its rights, the competent authority is the National Institute of Transparency Access and Protection of Personal Data (INAI) its website is www.inai.org.mx
